BIO
Karmarlos Jackson joined the KMHS athletic department in June of 2025 as the Head Girls' Basketball Coach. CoachK brings over a decade of experience coaching at the middle, high school and club basketball levels.​​
History
Jackson was inspired to teach by his professor in college who was his first Black male teacher. His professor had a lot good things going for himself and Jackson saw him as a role model.

Karmarlos up in West Palm Beach, Florida, and his grandmother who raised him was a pretty big wrestling fan. Every Monday night we would go down and watch the wrestling game, and that’s something that kind of stuck with me,” Jackson said. “Now my middle daughter loves professional wrestling, and it’s something that we’ve bonded over.”

Off The Court
He has three daughters and has been married for about 14 years. Being on the same schedule as his children gives him more time with them. In Jackson’s free time, he likes to work out.
