Brian Fisher is a Marietta, Georgia native and proud Kennesaw Mountain High School alumnus, graduating with the Class of 2006. As a student-athlete at KMHS, Fisher was an All-State performer in 2005 & 2006, who helped lead the Mustangs to a Region Championship in 2005, an Elite Eight appearance, and a Region Runner-Up and state appearance in 2006 under the school’s first head basketball coach, Jesse Bonner.

Following his playing career at Kennesaw Mountain, Fisher earned a Division I scholarship to Winston-Salem State University, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in business management. During his collegiate career, he etched his name into the program’s record books, currently ranking 12th all-time in scoring and Top 3 all-time in three-pointers made and steals. After college, Fisher continued his basketball journey professionally, competing in Europe with several FIBA organizations across Romania, Hungary, Finland, and Morocco.

Fisher began his coaching career as an assistant coach at Allatoona High School in 2021, where he also obtained a master’s degree in special education. In 2023, he was named the third Head Boys Basketball Coach in Kennesaw Mountain High School history and is now entering his third season leading the Mustang program.

As head coach, Brian Fisher is committed to building a championship-caliber program rooted in strong work ethic, discipline, accountability, and sustained postseason success. Passionate about player development both on and off the court, Coach Fisher is energized by the positive momentum and growth the program has shown under his leadership and looks forward to continuing to elevate Kennesaw Mountain basketball to new heights.
